Traction and Torsion Meter meets the requirements of standard IEC60335,IEC60598, GB4706, GB7000,etc. It is designed to test the torsion test of household and similar electrical appliances, and whether the power cord clamping device is firm.

1. Specifications

● Power: AC 220V/50Hz,5A;

● Rally time: 1s/time (adjustable);

● Rally times: 0~999999 times adjustable;

● Rally range: 30N, 60N(Combined by two 30N), 100N（Combined by two 30N and one 40N）;

● Torque range: 0.08 Nm, 0.1Nm, 0.15Nm, 0.25Nm, 0.35Nm;

● Equipped with a suitable fixture to fix the test sample so that the test sample and the fixture are placed on the same horizontal plane.

2. Operation Steps

The appearance of the equipment.

Farmar accessories.

Install the sample.

Traction test.
Install the farmar here.

Adjust the height of the sample plate to ensure the farmar drag rope is straight.
Connect 220V 50Hz power source for the equipment.
Click “Reset” before each test.

Press the green button to start the test.

Torsion test. No need to turn on the equipment for torsion test.
Just install the farmar here as shown in the figure to do the torsion test.

3. Maintenance

● Check whether the fasteners are loose before test, and lock the loose ones.

● Nylon ropes will be damaged after many tests, so please replace in time.

● Columns, tie rods, sleeves and other moving parts should be lubricated frequently.

● Cut off the power when not working.
