灯头灯座量规

操作使用说明书

适用于如下LISUN型号: GNG-B22D、GNG-E27、GNG-G13、GNG-G5

The structure of the gauge are calculated and optimized by the computer, and then the gauge will be processed by the CNC machine tool.

The gauge is reaching a high degree of precision and aesthetic. The materials of gauge are high hardness alloy that has the antirust ability.

Recently, the hardness of the gauge are reach HRC=70~75 by the technology research (GB and IEC require: HRC=58~65),the life of the gauge expectancy has increased by 2 to 3 times.

3. Maintenance

Handle with care,it can’t be throw。

If the gauge is not being use in a long-term, please clean regularly and adopt the antirust measure.

The storage conditions of the gauge:

20-25℃ environment with no moisture。

No PH and other chemical substances, No corrosive gas.

4. Note before Using

Before using, please wipe the surface of the gauge ,clear out the oil、dust、miscellaneous debris, etc. The surface of the gauge shall be clean and bright.

5. Note in Using

Please gently in using, not give a impact to the gauge to prevent deformation of the gauge.

Testing shall be in accordance with standard specifications strictly, don’t use the gauge to check the sample of the caps and holders that surface is rough and dirty.

7. Methods

7.1 “GO” gauge for E27 caps on finished lamps 7006-27B-1(Picture1)

PURPOSE: To check the maximum dimensions of the screw thread and dimensions T1 minimum of carp on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-01.

TESTING: When the cap on a finished lamp has been screwed into the gauge as far as

“NOT GO” gauge for E27 caps on finished lamps 7006-28A-1(Picture2)

PURPOSE: To check the minimum outside (major) diameter of the screw thread dimension “d”, of E27 caps on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-21.

TESTING: When the gauge is place over the thread of the cap on a finished camp, held cap uppermost, the centre contact shall not project beyond surface “X”. Only the weight of the gauge itself shall be used in the test.

“GO” gauge for dimension “S1” of E27 caps on finished lamps 7006-27C-1(Picture3)

PURPOSE: To check the dimensions S1 minimum and S1 maximum of E27 caps on finished lamps shown on sheet 7004-21

TESTING: When the cap on a finished lamp has been pushed into gauge as far as it will go, the plunger surface “W” shall be co-planar with or project beyond surface “X” but it shall not project beyond surface “Y”.

PURPOSE: To check lamp dimensions for contact making in I.E.C. holders.

TESTING: The shape of the lamp with regard to the fit in the lamp holder is assumed to be correct, if the lamp can be pushed into the gauge till plane W reaches plane V or projects beyond it.

Gauge for caps on finished lamps for testing protection against accidental contact during insertion 7006-51A-2(Picture5)

PURPOSE: To check protection against accidental contact during insertion of caps E27 on finished lamps.

TESTING: The shape of the lamp with regard to protection against accidental contact is assumed to be correct. If when the lamp is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.

PURPOSE: To check protection against accidental contact of caps E27/51X39 on finished lamps.

TESTING: The shape of the cap with regard to protection against accidental contact is assumed to be correct. If when the cap is pushed as far as possible into the gauge, surface W does not protrude beyond surface V.
